Hindi one of the major languages of India and it is spoken by about 600 million people around the world. It is written in the Devanagari script, which is a phonetic alphabet. Having a phonetic alphabet, it is fairly easy to pronounce words correctly the first time you read them (well, for the most part). It is mainly derived from the ancient language of Sanskrit, and also borrows words from Arabic, Portuguese, and English. One cool feature of the language is that the grammar and verb conjugation rules are fairly regular!
These are materials that I have prepared while studying the Hindi language. Perhaps they will help you study Hindi too.
